About Winston Towers Sunny Isles

Winston Towers is a group of condo towers in the city of Sunny Isles Beach, FL. Construction began between the early 1970’s and ended in the mid 1980’s. There are a total of seven (7) towers, which are all on 174^th street in Sunny Isles. They are each individually named by numbers (100-700). The order in number does not correlate with the timing of the construction completion. Winston Towers has residents from all over the world and is a true melting pot. It is known for its affordability in comparison to some of Sunny Isles Beach’s other new developments.

Winston Towers also offers its residents large layouts and oversized apartments for sale, very reasonable maintenance and lots of amenities. All towers are located along the intracoastal waterway, which is named Dumbfounding Bay.
